St. Cecilia Academy proudly sends the Class of 2018 out into the world. They are part of a 158-year tradition of Catholic education in Tennessee, and are well prepared - as all St. Cecilia girls always have been - for lives of service to God, country, community and family.
The Manufacturing Institute has announced the 2018 STEP Ahead Award Honorees and Emerging Leaders. These women have accomplished success within their companies and have proven to be leaders in the industry as a whole.
On Friday, March 9, Bishop J. Mark Spalding, Bishop of Nashville, Mother Ann Marie, O.P., Prioress General of the Dominican Sisters, and Sister Anne Catherine, O.P. Principal of St. Cecilia Academy, joined current students, parents, alumnae, and community in the St. Cecilia Academy courtyard to break ground for a new fine arts center.
St. Cecilia Academy presented Missa Pro Defunctis, by Francesco Brusa at the Cathedral of Incarnation on Monday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Kim Wolken Coakley is many things: a mother, grandmother, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and longtime friend and supporter of St. Cecilia and the Dominican Campus. The 2018 Gala will be held at the Hutton Hotel on Saturday, March 3, and will feature dinner and dancing with live music from the 12 South Band.
